At RugsforyourHome.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have a 30 day return policy on all products we sell from receipt of your order. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days of receipt of your order, and we will refund the full purchase price. Rugs that have been used, damaged, soiled or abused are not subject to our Return Policy.
If your rug has been damaged from shipping, do not accept it from the delivery company and call us immediately. This is the only circumstance that a refusal Is allowed. We will arrange a replacement. If a damaged rug is delivered when you are not home, leave the rug in the original wrapping and call RugsForYourHome.com for instructions.
Shipping costs on all returns going back to RugsforyourHome.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all packages be sent back using either UPS or FedEx ground or another common carrier that offers the ability to track and insure its packages from loss or damage. Please contact us by email with the tracking information so that we may track your package. We will issue a credit upon the packages arrival and inspection. Please completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or an equivalent. Take caution not to tape the actual product being returned and do not fold area rugs unless you originally received folded. RugsforyourHome.com will not accept items that have been visibly damaged or soiled.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required from RugsforyourHome.com for any returned merchandise. Items that are shipped back to us within 30 days, without proper authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and actual shipping charges. All items must be returned within 30 days of the date you originally received the goods. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Absolutely no returns on used items. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days.
Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 days before you see your refund posted back to your credit card account. Please wait to see your next credit card statement. You will see the transaction as RugsforyourHome.com on your statement. We will email you notifying you that your credit has been issued.
Easy Step Processing:
1. Email us at customerservice@rugsforyourhome.com for Return Material Authorization (RMA)#.
2. Repackage the merchandise in the original Packaging or equivalent.
3. Make sure the RMA# is clearly written on the package.
4. Use the carrier of your choice, or one we recommended.
5. Contact us with the tracking information so we may track the package.
