Our Primary carrier is United Parcel Service (U.P.S.), ground service.
 
Please allow for most products 5-7 business days to be shipped. Actual shipping time once  your order leaves the warehouse will vary due to location.

Unless specifically indicated, most orders are SHIPPED FREE within the continental USA.   Exceptions are : Promotional AND Marked Down  items, discontinued merchandise , products not shippable via UPS ,  etc.

Processing / Handling fee:  Any single order valued at $50.00 or less will be charged a processing/handling fee of $4.95.

Shipments beyond the borders of the 48 contiguous United States are subject to the following schedule.

Expedited Shipping: There will be an added fee if overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day or Priority  Shipping is requested. 

Oversize Packages:   

Oversize rugs that are considered to be too heavy or large for   U.P.S. will be shipped via a common carrier as LTL (less than   truckload).   This means that a delivery made by truck will call to   schedule a delivery appointment and they will only deliver as a curbside delivery and there will need to be someone available to   accept and sign for the delivery.  Most trucking companies will only deliver Monday thru Friday and will indicate a two-four hour window between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.   It is very important   to inspect the package for visible damage and if the shipment is damaged, to refuse as damaged or if accepted, to note on the delivery receipt (keep a copy) the extent of damage and notify us at customerservice@rugsforyourhome.com
 immediately of your decision to accept or use. In either case we should be promptly notified.
